COVID-19 UPDATE
The Physio Clinic @ West Durham is pleased to inform you that our practice is now open, and here is what you have to look forward to when booking your next appointment.
Please continue to email your clinicians for their availability and any future appointments you may need. Your clinician will reply within one business day and provide you with an appointment time. Your patience is much appreciated.
To further aid in social distancing measures, upon your arrival for your scheduled appointment, please do not enter the clinic more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will be staggering appointments to allow for fewer patients in the clinic and more time to clean and thoroughly disinfect the equipment and facilities between patients. We have temporarily shut down our waiting area to enforce social distancing.
If you decide to wait outside, please maintain safe social distancing practices with commuters and other patients.
While at the clinic, your treating practitioner will take the time to discreetly screen you before you are brought into either a treatment room or the exercise area. Your temperature will be taken, and you will be asked to use hand sanitizer to further ensure a safe environment.
In addition, we kindly ask that you leave all your personal belongings in your car in order to reduce the risk of contact. Our staff members who are in direct contact with patients will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment. We ask that you bring your own PPE, and kindly wear the items unless otherwise directed.
We thank you for your understanding and patience during this time and look forward to seeing you soon!
